What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including professional photography, videography, drone aerials, virtual tours, 3D modeling, floor plans and much much more! All designed to showcase properties effectively.

How long does a typical photo shoot take?

A typical photo shoot can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of the property and the specific services ordered.

What is your turnaround time for delivering the photos/videos?

We deliver the final edited photos next day and videos within 3-5 business days after the shoot.

How do I prepare my property for a photo shoot?

We recommend cleaning the property thoroughly, decluttering rooms, and possibly adding some decorative touches to enhance the space's appeal. Please also refer to our Listing Preparation Checklist at the top of this page.

How do you handle bad weather conditions on the day of the shoot?

In case of bad weather, we can reschedule the shoot at no extra charge or try to work around the weather conditions if possible.

Do you offer staging advice or services?

While we primarily focus on photography and videography, we can provide basic staging tips to ensure your property looks its best. Some companies may also offer full staging services either in-house or through a partner. You can try our Virtual Staging add-on service available to help envision the potential of any empty space.

Can I choose which photos to use or how they are edited?

We select the best photos to edit based on our professional experience.
