Scheduling: Appointment scheduling can be made via online submission. While we try our best to select the best time considering weather conditions, the Client ultimately bears responsibility for ensuring favorable conditions at the scheduled time. Howell Productions, LLC reserves the right to adjust, modify, or relocate appointments based on logistical considerations to optimize service for our extensive client base. In such instances, we will provide advance notice via phone call, text, and email.

Travel and Parking Charges: Our aim is to minimize additional charges for our clients. However, once an appointment necessitates travel exceeding 40 miles round trip, a fee of $.70 per mile will be applied in addition to the appointment total. Travel distance is calculated from the origin of our photographers, whether it be their residence or the Howell Productions office in Kissimmee FL. We strive to schedule our Creative Specialists efficiently to minimize travel fees. Any parking expenses incurred will be billed directly to clients at cost.

Payments: Full payment is required before the delivery of marketing assets. The 24-hour turnaround time commences upon receipt of full payment. Delays in receiving files may occur only if payment is outstanding.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: We maintain flexibility in accommodating rescheduling requests due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show appointments are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. A booking is considered a "no-show" if the Client is absent 30 minutes after the scheduled time.

Filming/Photography: Howell Productions, LLC exercises creative discretion in selecting compositions, rooms, and the number of photos per room unless specific requests are made in advance. Additional photo requests or angle changes may incur additional charges for a second visit to the property.

Property Readiness: The property must be 'shoot-ready' upon our Creative Specialists' arrival. Clients receive a "pre-shoot checklist" upon appointment confirmation. This entails ensuring lights are on, decluttering, and clearing the driveway of vehicles. Howell Productions, LLC does not assume responsibility for moving, altering, or cleaning objects. While minor adjustments may be made at the discretion of our specialists, clients are responsible for ensuring the property's readiness. Properties are shot "AS-IS," and employees are not responsible for securing access points or utilities upon departure.

Return Charges: A fee of $75 may be applied for reshoots necessitated by unprepared properties, decor changes, or additional requests beyond the original scope of work, at Howell Productions, LLC's discretion.

Asset Delivery: Photography is delivered by the following evening (excluding Sundays). For example, if your shoot takes place on a Thursday, your photos will be available by Friday evening. Real estate video production is completed within two (2) to five (5) business days. All final deliverables will be shared via a Dropbox link accessible through our client portal.

Floor Plans: Floor plans and square footage measurements are approximate and for illustrative purposes only. Howell Productions does not guarantee exact measurements and should not be relied upon as precise measurements.

Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are not provided. Credits may be issued for canceled appointments, including retainers, at Howell Productions' discretion.

Photography Revisions: Standard retouching is included in our pricing. Any photoshop editing incurs a fee of $10 per photo.

Video Revisions: Final videos are non-negotiable except in the case of our error. Music selections are final; however, we recommend reviewing them with your client. Any post-final video changes will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour.

Asset Rights and License: Upon completion of the Services, and expressly conditioned upon full payment of all fees and costs due, Howell Productions, LLC grants to Client the exclusive, perpetual and worldwide right and license to use, reproduce and display the Final Works solely in connection with the Project as defined in the Proposal. Any additional uses will require separate pricing. All other rights, including Copyrights, are reserved by Howell Productions, LLC.
